Feet skin routine at home

How amazing it’d be to have fresh looking, soft feet skin to flaunt all of your sandals, slippers, high heels and open shoes summer collection. No need to head for expensive salons and face the hazard of bacterial infections or toenails fungus due to not that completely sanitized salon’s soaking tubs.

Sticking to a simple routine you can take care of your feet at home. Don’t fret, this is no big deal. Once you know how to pamper your feet with the right baths, scrubs and creams of natural ingredients you’ll be having a fabulous sandal season.

What could be more comforting to tired feet after a long day at school or work than a luscious feet bath. To get rid of callous and dead skin, it’s quite useful to regularly have a Pedi after a feet bath – as the skin is soft to dig out any dirt with an orange stick, a pumice stone or a Pedi tool.

For a simple feet soak, dissolve 3 tablespoons of baking soda in a warm-water basin, to which you can add Epsom salts or a few drops of any essential oil of your liking. Immerse your feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Then gently scrub your feet with a paste of 3 parts of baking soda to one part water for extra exfoliation.

Get double the benefit of your coffee grounds and turn them into a scrub. Mix a few tablespoons of brewed coffee grounds, equal parts with any course sugar and a tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil. Gently rub the wet paste onto your feet, and then rinse it off.

For an amazing fresh scent, a honey and peppermint scrub will leave your tootsies happy, and smooth. Mix well the following ingredients: – 1 cup of kosher salt – 1/3 cup of olive or almond oil – 1 tablespoon of peppermint pure-castile soap – 6 drops of pure essential oil of peppermint Then, for 10 to 15 minutes, immerse your feet in a basin of 3 quarts of warm water and add in ¼ cup of sea salts or Epsom salts.

Then gently massage the mixture onto your feet and rinse. After exfoliating, don’t forget to keep your feet well-moisturized using any lotion or oil that you prefer. To lock in the moisture sleep in a pair of cotton socks once a week. Get ahead of the summer and beat the heat with these scrubs for fabulous feet all summer long.
